1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GII Quest, a gamified skill development and career readiness platform owned and operated by Hridaan Digital Innovations.
By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Hridaan Digital Innovations.
2. Description of Services
GII Quest provides a platform that includes:
- Skill-based "Quests" and assessments,
- Courses, learning modules, and certifications,
- Mentorship bookings and career guidance,
- Gamified rewards, HIRE Scores, and leaderboards,
- Optional subscription plans and paid features.
Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
To use GII Quest, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate registration information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms or applicable laws.
4. Account Registration and Security
You may be required to register using your mobile number, email, or third-party login (Google, Apple, etc.).
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activities under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the GII Quest platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, sounds, code, and software — is the intellectual property of Hridaan Digital Innovations or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform or source code.
Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. User Content
Users may upload or submit materials such as answers, resumes, images, videos, or reviews ("User Content").
By submitting content, you grant Hridaan Digital Innovations a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, display, and process such content solely for providing and improving our services.
You represent that:
- You own or have rights to the submitted content.
- Your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or moral rights.
- Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or disable content that violates these conditions.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Certain features (courses, plans, mentor sessions) may require payment.
(a) Payment Methods
All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store card or payment details on our servers.
(b) Subscriptions
Paid plans (e.g., Pro, Premium, Super) may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your app store account settings.
(c) Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of proven technical error. Requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
8. Shipping & Delivery
GII Quest primarily provides digital products and services. However, certain offerings may include physical deliverables.
(a) Digital Products & Services
Digital products such as course access, certificates (soft copy), subscription plans, and mentor session bookings are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment. Digital certificates and course materials are accessible through your GII Quest account immediately upon completion of requirements.
(b) Physical Certificates
For courses or certifications that include physical (hard copy) certificates:
- Physical certificates are shipped within 7-14 business days after course completion and verification.
- Shipping is available only within India via standard courier services.
- Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- You must provide accurate shipping details in your profile. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- Tracking information will be shared via email once the certificate is dispatched.
(c) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for physical items, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase or enrollment. Some premium courses may include free shipping for physical certificates.
(d) International Shipping
Currently, physical certificate delivery is available only within India. International users will receive digital certificates only. We may expand international shipping in the future.
(e) Damaged or Lost Shipments
In case of damaged or lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at care@hridaandigital.com with your order details. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement if warranted.
9. Mentor Services
Mentor sessions are offered by independent professionals ("Mentors") who use the platform to provide guidance.
While we vet and verify mentors, we:
- Do not guarantee employment outcomes, advice accuracy, or success metrics.
- Are not liable for actions, omissions, or conduct of mentors.
Users agree to interact with mentors professionally and responsibly.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload or transmit malicious files or code.
- Violate copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of GII Quest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
12. Rewards, Leaderboards, and Certificates
Participation in quests, campaigns, or competitions is voluntary.
We reserve the right to:
- Verify or revoke rewards obtained via fraudulent or automated means.
- Modify or terminate campaign rules without notice.
- Deny certificates or points if eligibility criteria are unmet.
All scores and achievements are determined by platform algorithms and our internal policies.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our platform may integrate or link to third-party tools, APIs, or websites (e.g., Razorpay, Cloudflare R2, Firebase, Expo, Google, Apple).
We are not responsible for their practices, content, or privacy policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
14. App Permissions and Device Access
Our app may request certain permissions (Camera, Microphone, Storage, Notifications, etc.) solely to enable relevant features.
Granting these permissions is optional but may be necessary for full functionality. You can modify permissions anytime in your device settings.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The GII Quest app and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Data will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
- Learning or mentoring outcomes will guarantee employment or skill certification acceptance.
Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hridaan Digital Innovations shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruption,
- Financial, academic, or employment outcomes resulting from app usage.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hridaan Digital Innovations, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your misuse of the app,
- Violation of these Terms, or
- Infringement of third-party rights.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms,
- Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity,
- Prolonged inactivity, or
- Platform maintenance or discontinuation.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately end.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted at https://www.giiquest.com/terms, with the updated effective date.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
